Are you talking about the ones that &quot;twist&quot; to the right side of the sc, back to front.  Insert the hook between them to get the stacked look of the sc on the vertical rows on the dress.  At least it seems to look like the pattern.  It is really hard to figure out this stitch!  Using black yarn doesn&#039;t help much either!!  lol    I&#039;m really tired of rpppppping so I&#039;m trying this on some big yellow yarn to get a better feel for it!  Appreciate any advise!
