Dora Ohrenstein has just launched issue 2 of her new webzine Crochet Insider. It’s magazine of news and reviews and this time has interviews of Doris Chan and Kim Werker, and I’ve reviewed a few books–Carol Ventura’s Bead and Felted Tapestry Crochet (Carol’s HOT right now, she’s also got a great profile in BH&G Simply Creative Crochet, Ruthie Marks’ Geometrics and Kim Werker’s Get Hooked.

Dora does very in-depth interviews and I loved reading both of them, she’s also got stuff about new products, new yarns, and crochet in the art world. Nice work, Dora!

p.s. If you’re into flickr, check out their cool new xmas easter egg where you can add santa’s hat and beard to someone’s picture! (Sorry Kim ). via My brother, of course, who found it via Boing Boing.

Wow, thanks for the link Amy. That crochet stuff is gorgeous! Good thing I don’t have any books in the works that require me to make a bunch of projects in 2007. I might have time to make a few fun things for myself!
